I have never seen such a dumb interview panel at manegerial level 🙂 The guys at lower level did ask pretty good technical interview questions....They were good in analysing the technical ability of the candidates. But the managers are really not capable people technically..... The interview was for test automation with domain capabilities. One of the question I was asked was to sort the number and I wrote them the sorting logic the way a programmer will write and I had got proper output. But the manager asks me why don't you use a sort functionality already available 😂 Even a 10 th standard student will know to use some readily available functionalities.... Please try to check the technical abilities of the candidate. Even if you are technically sound they will not hire you and feels like manager will hire only the candidates whom he wishes to hire. Never give any interview at Rockwell automation Bangalore because I really felt the interview and candidates were fixed. I had given 4 rounds where first 2 rounds lasted 1 hour 30 minutes each day, 3 rd round and 4th round was one hour.

Short and simple, very formal and straight forward. Not much unusual and personal questions being asked. Weakness strength and goal. Family and brief introduction of company benefit and culture. Opportunity to grow and travel required on the position.
