The process began at a college career fair, which was then followed by two interviews, then a 2 day final round interview. The process took around 4-6 weeks (from the career fair to the offer letter)

The interview process was about 3 weeks and that included a full presentation to about 5 people including the hiring manager and experts in certain areas. The first was call back from the internal recruiter, that went very well, I was advanced to the hiring manager and that went well. Had to take a PI Behavioral Assessment and must have done well with that because I was then aske to prepare a presentation. I was asked to present on one specific customer that I was to manage globally. So after doing all of the research and created a presentation for that one specific client...The presentation went well other than suddenly midway through it I was told they gave me the wrong client... it was a mistake it was supposed to be a different client. They then told me to go on. After the presentation I was told my presentation was great but they were looking for more experience in a particular area than I had. Shouldn't this have come up during a few of the previous interviews? I knew there and then this was a no go but they didn't say that, they went on to talk about what they liked about me as candidate. I got the dreaded email about a week later.
