Applied at career fair, given on site interview. This was first a phone interview then a panel interview. Both were a combination of scenario based questions and hypotheticals. Fairly stern interview dynamic.

I got an email from the Recruiter and set up an HR interview with him. Didn't hear back for around a week and a half. I finally got an email and a phone call saying that I didn't get the position. Overall, very good at communication.
Multiple rounds technical and non technical . They check culture fit too. The managers are learned and also help interviewees by correcting them if needed. Make them comfortable and deal respectably with the attendees.

The interview started with "tell me about yourself", and was followed by a series of behavioral questions on how you dealt with certain situations. The interview was very conversational, and interactive.
