The interview was a combination of phone call and WebEx interaction. I was asked about my skills and experience. For the WebEx portion of the interview I was asked some technical questions about programming and given a chance to demonstrate my programming abilities by showing how I would implement code to perform a given task. I was also shown some configuration and troubleshooting information for their proprietary development program. I was then asked to configure and correct a sample problem in their system.
