The first two interviews were phone-based and I was brought in for an on-site interview, after the on-site, the hiring manager informed me of a hiring freeze that should last for two weeks, and after three weeks of intermittent communication, they completely ghosted me. Very unprofessional.

+ For foreign candidates or not meet ITAR, there will be no relocation package, but they will still invite you for an interview.
+ They will appear friendly in a fake manner.
+ They will ask about all the projects you've worked on and mentioned in your CV, and take careful note of those details.
+ A few days later, they will send an auto-mail saying that you have been rejected. Two hours after that, HR will reach out to you and say that you might be a better fit for another position. They will continue interviewing you to ask about the projects you've worked on. This is how they gather information from candidates of competing companies. The result is still the same—you will be rejected, and you will doubt your capabilities.
+ I’m an experienced engineer, and still, they let some young kid, probably born in '98 or '99, interview me and ask ridiculously stupid questions like, 'If an operator comes to me and asks something, what should I do?', 'What do I expect from an operator?', 'What the heck are they even asking me?
+ Peter Beck is a disgusting person with dirty tricks. Be cautious and think carefully before considering working with him.
