Hiring process was a hot mess. Asked for times that I could talk and called me outside of those times. For the video interview they were 10 minutes late and didn't seem to have a plan for the interview, seemed to have no read my CV. I asked when i could expect a follow up and they said within a week, and i never heard from them again. Rude and disorganized.

I applied through the company's website and received a response from HR the next day requesting my availability for an interview. I did not hear anything for a few weeks before they came back to me to request new dates. It took again a few weeks to hear back from Rocket lab and finally agree on an interview date which was postponed at the last minute by them. When the interview finally took place, the interviewer were friendly and professional asking standard technical questions related to my expertise and experience. No surprises but no follow up.
