Interview process was a 30 minute screening with recruiter and 1 hour technical and behavioral questions with the team members I'll be working with. During both the interviews, the interviewers were ready with a systematic set of questions that assessed my overall personality and compatibility with the team. The focus was on knowing how I approach a problem, how I think when presented with an unusual situation. They wanted to make sure that I understand how important ISMs are for the company. Overall, it was a positive experience.
