After applying for another position, they gave me a different position's task to do before "the interview". And they said my qualifications are amazing but not suitable for the position.

The phone interview experience was not the greatest, as the recruiter was very stern and asked very specific questions. Although I struggled to answer them correctly due to nerves, I was pleasantly surprised to pass the next two interview stages, where I met the hiring managers and colleagues, who were very friendly and made the experience enjoyable.
