Smooth and cordial and the questions were asked in a natural process. the interviewer was very patient and not awkward. Took the time to listen and reply in a very cordial manner.

Interview process was good, and the questions asked by the interviewer were average and not difficult. The issue was they already had a chosen candidate so other interviewee(s) was interviewed due to the company policy (for a comparison purposes).

Entrevista
Four rounds of interviews, first with dedicated Talent attraction team member, second with hiring manager, third a technical one with a tentative team member, and the last one with the hiring manager boss. It was an interesting process, with one in person interview and the others virtual. I think that all the interviewers need to be very prepared in advance which was not the case for the technical one.
