There was an initial phone screen interview that lasted approximately 30 minutes. They asked salary intentions and why leaving current job and why want to work at Roche. I was invited in for what was the 1st of 2 rounds of interviews I was told. There I met 4 people and was interviewed by them all at the same time and was asked many questions about how I deal with conflict, am unhappy customer, if someone disagrees with me, etc. It was approximately 2 hours in length.
