*I had initially been a contractor with them for many years, so my interview process may be slightly different than others.* Interview with a recruiter with questions about Roblox and myself as well as a rundown of what Roblox is doing. Another interview with a manager that discusses a more technical view of what the team is doing and asks about my knowledge of Roblox. These were the more major interviews, the next two were very quick "culture fit" interviews with the VP of engineering and then the CEO. Very surprised that they even had me talk to the CEO, seems like he cares about everyone they hire.
