Had the "screener" call with HR which was actually a battery of questions from the HM, where I could not even ask clarifying questions because she would reply "I don't know, I'm just here to record your answers and share them with the HM". Important to note that on the invite they mentioned we woudl walk over my background and the role, and the interview was completely case-based.
