Send in an application and get a final round interview. For the interview, it was a back-to-back interview with two people, one was a behavioral, and the other was a whiteboard challenge.

How did you think about the business implications in your design? Talk me through the pros and cons of different monitization strategies.
After passing the assessment, had two interviews in the first round, behavioral and technical. Behavioral consisted of typical questions, technical was a whiteboarding session that was a little more complex. Interviewer was very nice but I felt that they didn't understand what I was saying a lot of the time.
