A friend referred me to the Creative Group so that I could get a job with the help of an agent. They emailed me a few times, read through my resume, and set up an appointment to meet me in person. The recruiter called me to reschedule several times (sometimes on the same day.) When I got there, she walked me back and interviewed me. The recruiters were casually dressed (T-shirts, jeans, loafers, etc.) and appeared very comfortable in the work environment.
