I had to interview many times before I was actually given an opportunity. This was very unfortunate for them because after I was finally given an opportunity their client gave continual praise about my performance. When the interviewer checked my references they asked my reference why'd I leave my previous job. I thought that was pretty invasive, especially since I had already answered that question in the interview.

They were all about getting to know you better and evaluating your best fit for the companies they were hiring for. They sent me online evaluation tools and other documents via email to assist in the hiring process.

Just talk with three people, they want to learn your basic background. talk about your resume, especial work exp. they just ask some general questions and then they will reach out you if they find any job oppotunity which fits to you. that may be spend a litte long time.
