I was so nervous when I got there because it was my first job interview ever. I got there 15 min earlier and it was supposed to start at 16:00 but they actually Made us wait in a small room till 16:15. It was a group interview (13 people) and it was very laid-back and easy. After some icebreakers we filled the availability form and we were divided in groups.

group interview with the commercial manager, this was quite an easy interview. they want to know how you deal with scenario based questions and how confident you can deliver the service.

they give you a task on how to dress for a certain event, you pick out outfits from the shop floor, describe why you chose those specific outfits.
they look for confidence when you speak.

My interview was done online with an ai bot who asks you questions. I answered them but I don’t think the questions are the same for everyone. But I did my best and in my opinion interviews online is better than face to face.
