I had the first interview with HR manager on the phone. She asked me a few questions about my past experiences. After a few days, I had a second interview with Banquet Manager. He asked me some questions to get to know my personality and if I am a service oriented person.

Good interview. More about yourself and won’t wait long till the result of your interview .. Go well prepared and take it casually and calm. Maybe will have hands on demo etc

Entrevista
They assess your personal qualities and communication skills through out the whole interview process. They also ask scenario based-questions to see how you'll react on certain situations. Just be yourself.
