I heard from a friend that Rite Aid was hiring so she put in a good word for me and I applied. I had to pass an online assessment before I could get an interview. The interview was very easy, and the manager was super friendly. She offered me the job on the spot. I then had to pass a drug test and background check and then I was officially employed.

They were relatively friendly and polite. They had multiple schedules and a little bit understaffed so not all were available. Still a good starter job and professional interview w a manager.
Very thorough and professional. They want to know and make sure that you are able to stay on your feet and be proactive around the store. They are very welcoming and look forward to training new employees
I submitted online application, get scheduled for an interview and then i walk in，managet asked me some questions, hire on spot. Easy procress, as long as they have vacancy, usually get hired.
