I spoke first with store manager and we hit it off right away. She then had me do a phone interview with her boss the very next day. My interview was definitely not a typical one because I had been coming into store for more than a year and had over 30+ years in Customer Service

Telephonic ,took abut 20 mins and on the spot offer was given. The number of questions was about 10 .
They were fairly easy.

Schedule an interview face to face; very relaxing at one of the locations you pick or a coffee place; very basic and also include behavioral questions. It took about 45 minutes.
