I'm not sure if this has always been the case or if my situation was an exception, but when I interviewed the process was quite quick. From the time I applied to getting an offer, it took less than a month.

Tell me about an experience where you had to show leadership in your team and how you went about it.
Two regular zoom interviews with basic experience questions followed by case study interview. Case study mostly revolved around handling situations, fixing errors, and formatting data with some minor marketing math questions. Meant to see how you think rather than prove competence though. Very conversational, and relaxed.

I found the job on LinkedIn and applied. The next day I was contacted about taking an analytical test. You have two tries to get to 80%. It is not difficult. I passed on a Saturday and was contacted on Monday about an interview with an internal HR person. A few days later I went into the office for four interviews. They offered me the job the next day.
