The assessment was straightforward, focusing more on how candidates approach problems rather than complex computations. Following the assessment, I progressed to two rounds of interviews. The first was a technical round where I was assessed on my understanding of core analytical concepts, situational problem-solving abilities, and how I approach data-driven tasks. The interviewer also tested my reasoning through scenario-based questions to gauge my structured thinking. The second round was a behavioral interview where the focus was on my interpersonal skills, alignment with Rippling’s culture, and how I handle collaboration, ownership, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. I was asked to share examples from my past experiences where I took initiative, worked in teams, and solved challenges with a proactive mindset.
