Three rounds. Recruiters screen, department screen, super day with case and behavioral questions. Prep and you’ll be fine. Brush up on marketing fundamentals: funnel, role relevant idea, copy writing, audience targeting. Think deeply about why you’re doing things.

Entrevista
I was led through 4 rounds of interviews and one "homework" assignment. Then I was simply ghosted for 4 weeks after having very promising chats with the team and good feedback after the assignment. At the 4 week mark, I withdrew my candidacy. At one point, the recruiter followed up to say that various team members were on PTO, so the process was taking longer, however, it seems like the company is an internal mess—they recently reposted the role but with a significantly decreased pay range for the same responsibilities.
