3 step interview process. Screening call with a Rippling Recruiter, interview with a sales manager, then a mock panel sales demo. Replied and scheduled each interview quite quickly which was nice. Waited probably close to a week before receiving my “we have decided to look elsewhere” email. Was given the opportunity to schedule a call with the recruiter to get feedback on my interview. SUCH A POINTLESS CALL. They would not provide any information as to why I was not selected, how I could improve, what I didn’t do well. All he kept saying was “at this time I cannot provide anymore information”.

Most frustrating and unprofesional experience. Recruiter sent an email asking for interview availability. After submitting my times, I was ghosted after following up twice. Then 2 weeks later I got the same notification from the recruiter asking for my availability. After scheduling a time with the recruiter, we met. I'm a Green Card holder and 1 minute into the interview, the recruiter stopped and said she wasn't sure if I was eligible to work in the US with a Green Card and needed to check internally before proceeding. I state that I'm a Green Card holder in my resume so she could have asked this before the interview. Furthermore her LinkedIn profile says she's been in recruitment for a long enough period to know Green Card holders do have work authorization. 30 seconds after the call ended, she sent me a re-booking link. I re-booked another time and when that time came around, she cancelled the meeting with no explanation. No respect for wasting candidates time.
