3 rounds. One system design, one coding and one behavioral. The interviewers were friendly. But I felt the System Design interviewer was very rigid in what he wants and was not ready to listen to alternatives and my design proposal was extremely similar to what a real world tool would do. He ended up completely confusing me and leaving me off track. The most hilarious part was the last part of the interview where I ask him how he collaborates with EMs in designs like this and his response is "The EMs leave the design to me!".
Interviewing involves a lot luck at the end of the day. You need to show the best self, you need to get lucky with the interviewers and several other factors.
Having said all this, I enjoyed this interview and must say that my experience is positive.

Recruiter, Hiring manager, systems design, then "virtual onsite": - systems design (again), coding, technical deep dive. Much like some of the other reviews here. They pulled a bait and switch on me to evaluate me for an IC role. I've also seen that behavior on this thread, which may explain why so many technical rounds. All interviewers were male.

Been ghosted by the recruiter despite her estimation to get back to me in 2 days (max). The recruiter's screen was conducted in a form of a zoom meeting. Recruiter knew their product very well and could say about it in details. I find it disrespectful and unprofessional. If you're giving yourself a deadline, you'd better keep up with it.

There was an exploratory call that went well, however there was no word from HR after that. Tried reaching out to them but no luck. Company's focus is more on experience with laying off employees.
