      My overall experience interviewing with the company was mixed. On the positive side, the process moved more quickly than many other organisations, and I appreciated receiving prompt updates for example, finding out right away that I had progressed to the next round. However, there were several areas where the experience fell short. When assigning a presentation task with no clear outlines or expectations, I believe it is important to provide candidates with adequate time to prepare. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Although I proposed reasonable times for the subsequent interviews, I was told no slots were available, and when I suggested completing the presentation the following week due to business travel and existing work commitments, the request was denied outright. This resulted in only a three-day gap between Round 2 and Rounds 3 & 4, which felt unnecessarily rushed. Additionally, my hiring manager did not show up for Round 3 due to what was described as mis-organisation on their end, and I was then asked to reschedule, despite having already explained in the previous round that I would be in transit. I appreciated the recruiter’s effort to rectify the issue, but it still left me feeling undervalued throughout the process. Aside from my initial conversation with the recruiter, I didn’t feel that the rest of the experience reflected respect for my time or commitments. To add to this, one of the interviewers spent a significant portion of the meeting yawning, which came across as unprofessional and discourteous. Overall, while the efficiency of the process was a positive aspect, the lack of flexibility, organisation, and professionalism at key moments significantly impacted my experience.
