I applied online, and received a screening call request two days after.
After the screening call, I was asked to complete an assignment.
After passing the assignment stage, I was invited to two calls simultaneously, at separate times; one with hiring manager, and one with director.
One day after the day those interviews took place, I was rejected by a "no-reply" email account with a boilerplate content.
I have sent the email to the recruiter who contacted me and arranged all the meetings. She said it was a mistake and said I was actually rejected because my lack of experience vis-a-vis other candidates.

The interview process was really positive! The recruiters and hiring managers were incredibly supportive and helpful. One thing I'd like to mention is that for entry-level roles, it would be great to consider candidates with near the years of experience required, rather than 5-6 years of experience. Overall, it was a great experience, and I wish Ripple all the success!The interview process were really positive, the recruiters and hiring managers were very suportive and helpful, one thing I'd like to comment at which for entry level roles, consider someone who near the years of experience required, not 5-6 years of experiences, just because its not fair like that, but overall, great experience, and wish all the success for Ripple
