A recruiter reached out to me based upon the cover letter that I had submitted the year prior when I was still in high school. Conversed a bit over email about potential opportunities and was given a coding challenge and then a phone interview. Overall positive experience, but did not get the job.

Online assessment then rejected even with perfect score on assessment. Essentially did not make it past resume screening (ATS). Not exactly sure what more I needed to provide on my resume but we live and we learn.

First they will ask about your background generally. Then you will be sent the online assessment's problem, which was equivalent to medium leet code problems. Also, there's a behavioral interview questions.
