Entrevista
I had to follow up on average four times to get a response. Recruiter ghosted after a phone interview and telling me that he was going to set up a zoom interview with the hiring manager the Friday of that week.

1 hour phone interview with recruiter. The recruiter kept making promises to follow up and would be weeks delayed without any communication. Initially I had a follow up zoom interview with the recruiter and hiring manager. It was scheduled to be the following week on Tuesday with specific time being given via email which never came. Had to send a few follow up emails almost a week apart each. Cycle repeated three times before I gave up.

Entrevista
I had submitted my resume on their website and I got a message from a recruiter on Linked-In saying I seem like a good fit for the role. Like they had not seen I had already applied
I was called on a Holiday weekend, for a surprise phone screen to be told "I actually don't see how you are a fit for this position, so convince me why we should move forward".
I was a little taken aback because my background is in training and online training development. It felt like I was being picked on right off the bat. So I said, "it seems like I am not a good fit for RingCentral and based on the way I am being berated, you are not a good fit for me". So I hung up. He attempted to call back to try to rectify the call. I wasn't interested, but answered. I had some additional choice words for the recruiter because I was very insulted by how I was treated.
