Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn - response times were very long and drawn out. Once the initial interview was scheduled with the recruiter (6 weeks after initial contact) I was told I'd have a call with the hiring manager the next week. I never heard back and the position was closed all together. Overall, unprofessional, especially when the recruiter reached out directly rather than applying for the position.
