During the first-round HR screening, the interview was recorded without informing me beforehand, which I found unprofessional and unexpected. Additionally, they asked whether I could work 70+ hours per week, which raised further concerns about the role’s expectations.
1 (1hr) technical screen, 4 round in-person on-site. Not much DSA, mainly system design, OOD, etc. Interviewer was friendly, but didn't really give too many helpful hints. Helpful to study up on fundamentals, common library imports, etc. for Rilla interviews. In-person on-site is in New York.
first round was a casual chat with an engineer about experience and interests. second round was coding something in their domain space. overall pretty chill process and enjoyed solving the problem
