Applied through a company HR recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RightPoint in Dec 2021
Interview
It included 2 rounds 1 technical discussion and 1 coding round with US team.
I cleared all the technical round and HR verbally confirmed to release an offer letter but never heard back even after so many follow up they were asking me to wait.
I waited till last and then joined other company.
Entire recruitment process was useless for me.

Pregunta 1
There was one Techical discussion round and one coding round with USA team.
In technical discussion they asked questions related to MVVM, MVP, Kotlin, Java.
In coding round they asked to setup their sample project and asked me to find and fix issues in the project.
