RightClick contacted me online for a software developer role at a separate company. I had a generic phone screen and then we scheduled an additional in-person meeting. An in-person meeting is unusual for external recruiters, but I went anyway. The employee I spoke to didn't show up to the meeting. It was in a coworking office and I was told to meet them in the lobby/common area, and they never arrived nor answered my email or phone calls. They also didn't respond to additional follow up emails a week later. It was a big waste of time.
