I met with the hiring manager first for coffee offsite and he later invited me in to meet with the rest of the leadership team, including the two founders, in the Right On office. I met with each manager individually in a conference room that had zero air flow and no windows. It made me feel a bit uneasy and I was never quite sure if that was done intentionally or not.
