Phone interview followed by submitting a personality test, Myers Briggs test, and submitting two writing samples. If you pass this round they'll bring you in for an hour long skills test where you edit an article, do basic research using Google, and write a mock proposal. After that, they'll bring you in for an actual interview. As someone who is already employed, this took up a huge chunk of my time, involving taking me away from my current job multiple times to work with their schedules. I did not receive an offer, and when I asked for feedback was ignored. The entire process seemed very disrespectful of my time.
