I recently applied for the Client Experience Manager position at Rialtic. The Director of Talent contacted me for a 30-minute Zoom interview and provided a calendar link for scheduling.
However, the initial calendar link was not functional. After multiple attempts to contact the Director of Talent regarding this issue and to provide alternative availability, I received no response.
Even after the calendar link eventually started working and I submitted further availability, I was not contacted for an interview.
Following up to inquire about the status of my application also went unanswered.
This experience left me disheartened and questioning Rialtic's hiring practices. I would have appreciated a simple and professional response if they weren't interested in proceeding.
This lack of communication and professionalism raises concerns about the company culture and how they treat potential employees.
As of today, the role, which was remote in the United States, is now showing remote, but in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area,

Applied online and heard back from them within the day for a phone interview request. Phone interview was supposed to be 30 minutes, but it was rushed and it only lasted 15 min. Was being interviewed in a parking garage and it got disconnected as well as interviewer accidentally muting themselves. Overall it was very unprofessional and not a fair interview.
