Long...the process started in May and didn't reach it's conclusion until early July. Interviewed with HR person, then Global Director of Production for Code and Theory (twice), then CEO of Rhythm. Once those interviews were completed, I was asked to provide a project plan and estimate for a sample RFP. Once that was completed, I met with CEO and Global Director of Production from C&T to review my work. The conversation went very well from what I was told and another round of interviews was scheduled. This time, I met with the entire management team at one time, on the same call. I was told that I would be contacted the following week with a decision. The entire week almost passed without any contact. I reached out twice to the HR person before getting a response that they chose another candidate. My issue is not that they chose another candidate. My issue is that I went through this entire process only to receive a form letter response to my email requesting an update on what the decision was. No feedback or specific reason why the other candidate was chosen over me and if I didn't reach out, I'm very confident that I would've been ghosted.
