Recruiter reached out to me. One phone interview wit recruiter. One phone interview with HR, my potential boss m, and their boss. Long in person interview meeting lots of potential coworkers. Job offer was sent along within a few days.

One phone interview about related experiences.
Then onsite interview, first with HR person, then talk to a group of engineers, and scientist. There are grilling to professional skills as well as personality and behavior questions.
