I applied online through Indeed and was sent an email stating I would be receiving a phone call. Phone interview was very simple (Why R.J. Reynolds?; Describe previous work situations?). Next I was sent an aptitude test to take online another very simple and straight forward process. Afterwards I was asked to do a video profile, this consists of you recording videos of yourself answering provided questions. You will have as many times as you want to record the video and make sure you dress nice as if you were going to an actual face to face interview. Again, the video profile is simple. The next step in the interviewing process is to attend a D.O.T.T. or Day on The Trade, which consists of meeting with a D.M and current T.M. My experience was great you ride along and discuss the position all the while stopping at stores being shown what you would actually do on a typical day. The job is basically riding from convenient store to convenient store checking inventory, marketing material, and speaking with consumers and the owners to make sure everything is running smoothly. After the D.O.T.T. you will be contacted through email and phone to discuss the logistics of the panel interview. You will be flown out to a city (everything is paid for) put up in a nice hotel and the next day will be interviewed. You first meet with your facilitator who will describe the process to you and then you will go in to the 1st room where you are interviewed and asked behavioral interview questions by two people, they are very simple if you study and the people are nice. Next, you will meet with you facilitator briefly before going to your 2nd and final room with two more people who ask the same types of behavioral interview questions. The questions are based on the STAR (Situation Task Action Results) Format. They will send you emails entailing everything you need to know. If you are not a procrastinator and study for the interviews and make sure you have something to say in any scenario you will be just fine.Think of it as a test you must study for. Afterwards you will fly back home that same day.

It was a smooth and comfortable experience and I felt at home and cared about. They ask good questions to get to know the candidates. To some candidates, it might seem like they asked tough questions, but they just wanna make sure that they will find good career driven people that want a long-term career instead of just a job with a paycheck.
