I was invited to sit down with the VP of Engineering for a 3-hour session for hands-on purposes. Walked around talking to employees, and getting to know the direction of the company. I will say the interview was easy due to my genuine interest. Did not get the job I applied for, but VP vouched for me in another department, and I got the job there.

Interview was pretty straightforward. I was hired from outside the company and referred by a recruiter. 1 zoom interview and then the job offer. Most of the questions were geared towards work habits and personality fit, not so much my technical knowledge.
