I interviewed for a role as Social Media Manager for Revolut. The meeting with the recruiter was great, straight to the point, and efficient. He gave me great advice for the next steps. The second interview was relatively easy, I met the lead of the team, he asked me technical questions as well as experience-based ones. The exercice I thought was say too extensive for a recruitment task and to ask for applicant to do for free (requirements were somewhat vague which leads people, and me, to create work that was way above what should be normal for a recruitment task) The last interview was the team fit, and I met the Head of Department. It was very basic and short, and I thought I had missed it, but I was selected for the role. Overall good experience, but quite a dragged-out process (2 months in total) with long periods between steps, and an exercise that felt overly long and extensive.
