Solo tuve la primera entrevista con Recursos Humanos y aunque tenía entrevista con X persona, otra persona fue la que me entrevistó después de que mi primera entrevista con una persona fuera cancelada. El entrevistador llegó tarde diciendo que tenía llamadas más importantes, por lo que fue una primera llamada difícil y no exitosa
Fue un proceso largo que se extendió durante más de un mes. Tuve entrevistas con cuatro personas distintas. Además, me enviaron un cuestionario con varias preguntas que debía responder; esta tarea no fue remunerada.

Entrevista
The interview process was long and seemed disconnected from the actual role.
The recruiters and senior managers appeared uninterested in the candidate, rushing through the interviews. The Bar Raiser interview was particularly dreadful. The only positive experience was the interview with the hiring manager, which had a more human approach and turned into a proper conversation and exchange about the social landscape.
Then, a senior manager from another department joined, and with great arrogance, questioned all of my achievements, after I have submitted a high-quality (and very big) case study for which I received impressive feedback from the hiring manager.
The recruiter informed me that the senior manager had rejected me for the role but suggested there might be another position that could be a good fit. I continued the process and had a call with another senior manager. She joined late, showed no interest in my background, and asked only two very basic questions. One of these questions was about team management, a skill not relevant to the role.
I received a negative response and have been requesting feedback for the past two weeks without any reply.
