The interview is split — 30 minutes for tackling a live business case (mine was to recommend partners for a strategic partnership). You must clarify the objective early, then follow a logical framework (they suggest studying MECE beforehand). It’s highly subjective: data and info are provided only if you ask specifically, which feels almost like blind matching to their expected approach. I found the challenge engaging but ultimately did not pass this round. 5. Bar Raiser Stage:
If you succeed, you’re invited to an elevated interview to push for top standards. 6. Hiring Manager Interview:
Final fit and team alignment conversation.
