It is very straightforward, asking about a difficult experience you have had previously and how you handled it, and they ask about career expectations, so how you would want to work in the future and where. It is not a very long interview compared, 20 minutes.

I was contacted through LikedIn to participate in an interview process. After a couple of messages, I was invited to an interview and also was automatically sent an invitation to do an "SHL Assessment". I did not pass the assessment and the interview was cancelled, no feedback or any other information was given.
