Weird process as they really didn’t seem to know what they were doing or what they wanted the rep to focus on. Seemed to have lots of money but not a lot of strategy. Initial recruiter was the only impressive person I met.

Basically, tell me about your current sales approach? Talk to me about targets?

The interview process was well organized and professional. The recruiters communicated clearly throughout each stage, and the interviewers were friendly and respectful. Overall, it was a positive experience and gave me a good understanding of the role and the company.

can you walk me through your sales experience and tell us why you're interested in this Account Executive role?

Revolut interview process very troubling.
I would stay away from this org as far as you can. I have a feeling this organization is way overvalued IPO. CEO seems to be an egomaniac and its clear whats been written about Revolut is true.
It was a very questionable recruitment process indeed. I ended up speaking with my original recruiter after I got my offer who told me some super questionable stuff about the business. Such as managers are rewarded for growing their team and not for retention. So as long as they can keep hiring, doesn’t matter what they retain.
During the process, I worked with 5 different recruiters and you could tell there was no cohesion. It was strange because they kept introducing themselves as the main point of contact and then would either leave the business or be switched.
The actual process changed three times. Very strange to begin with, two half-hour interviews with people who had worked at the company for 3-4 months and we’re not directly involved with the role. Was then told an offer was coming after this. Then they switched the sales role I was interviewing for and also added two more interviews with also new hires (only one out of all of these people would I be working with).
I’m fine with this number of interviews, but they were so short and for most of them the interview showed up late and it was the strangest interactions also. They would all ask the same basic questions so we would spend 80% of the interview on intros. The reason I was told was so they could pay me as much as possible... LOL.
Just so you know I am not griping about anything here just wanted to tell the truth.
The final piece I was speaking to the last recruiter I had and mentioned, and told them I needed sponsorship to even accept their offer. Which had. been made clear several times. Of course, they have no record of that conversation because the recruiters kept leaving. I was then told as a company they don’t do sponsorship.
So there you have it, folks. Very strange. Clearly, a mess as everyone keeps saying. Take the job if it makes sense to you but I think this will be more of a resume booster than a long-term thing. Also, the stock options that were offered were a joke, there were a bunch of very strange clauses.
Anyway, good luck and keep your options open.

Basic questions.
I did about 5 minutes of research and got an offer. Like I said people had only been working there for a few months so they also had no idea what was going on. LOL
