Despite the significant time commitment and encouraging feedback early on, I was ultimately declined. Disappointing to see such high engagement end abruptly after multiple evaluation stages. Advice: Streamline the assessment phase.
Standardised HR interview, including pay discussion, background check, going through CV. Overall, it is fairly straightforward. HR is nice and willing to share a lot of recommendation for next round interview.
