Horrible interview, interviewer was distracted during the entire time and the interview was very unstructured. The entire interview process took very long, and they asked for a lot of project work to be done before...

First HR screening, then hiring manager interview and the third part is a business case. My process stopped there, so I don't know what happens next. The business case is really difficult, so do really study.
Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts, we really appreciate it.
We hope you enjoyed your time in the interview process.
All the very best!
An in-house recruiter organized every meeting and gave updates throughout the quite comprehensive process. The first interview was a screening call with someone I would be working closely with. This was followed by a case study - 4 hours or so to create a presentation with recommendations, based on a dataset shared by the Revolut team.
Once progressing past that, interviews were scheduled with peers (people in similar positions) and the person I would be reporting to.
Ultimately, the process was run professionally, however, there seemed to be a lack of shared understanding with regards to what to look for in the candidate. There seemed to be very few prepared questions and the same questions were largely raised from each person. Ultimately, I didn't get the offer due to a lack of years of experience (something that could have been determined from my CV alone).

Revolut is completely disorganized. As a hiring manager myself I've set up interview processes before and I have to say this was horrible.
The screening recruiter mentioned the next step was a quantitative case study. Yet throughout the next interview, the interviewer did not ask any case questions. Hours of preparation were thrown down the drain.
The interviewer (the roles peer) seemed to be very inexperienced in interviewing. Aside from them saying it was a quant interview the overall tone was more of understanding past experience, scope of the role. Not a single case question. At that point I felt as though they got the interview mixed up, this is 20 minutes into the process.
In the end they docked me for a CAC/LTV question that realistically seemed extremely benign, in the format of 'how do you do it at your company?'
Overall, the negative reviews on Glassdoor tend to hold more weight now given how the process was botched. My feedback would be to remain consistent with the interview structure communicated to the candidate, not switch it midway and dock candidates for minute details.
