There were 6 rounds:
1. Online aptitude test (solve 40 questions in 20 min, with 35 being the passing mark)
2. Recruiter Screening call (a 15 min one-on-one with the recruiter)
3. Problem Solving (a 30 min call with a Senior Ops Manager on approach to problem solving and most impactful projects)
4. Take Home Assignment (A robust skill check submission within a week of the recruiter screen call)
5. Bar Raiser Round (1 hr call with a Director to check culture alignment)
6. Final HR negotiations

Pregunta 1
The problem solving revolved around a process optimisation problem in Fin Crime, where I had to come up with the Root Cause and define KPIs and KRAs for the team.
The take home assignment was an intense data driven problem solving in figuring out the potential fraudsters from a list of 1 lac+ data points. It not only evaluates your technical skill of Excel, SQL, but checks on your first principle of problem solving.
The bar raiser was super focused on my work experience and the impact I have delivered. Sticking to the STAR framework and showcasing the value proposition aligned with the Revolut culture is the key here.
Todo el proceso muy bien. Me hicieron hacer varias entrevistas. Para valorar mis capacidades mentales, matemáticas y resolución de problemas. Pero después ni se molestaron en darme un feedback. Me dijeron que tendría información en una semana y han pasado tres. No contestan al mensaje de seguimiento, realmente me parece que dice muy poco de ellos y mucho de su forma de valorar a los trabajadores.
