Six stages in total, starting with a hiring manager interview, followed by a take-home assignment, a panel presentation, and a series of conversations with senior leadership, including the VP of Growth and the CEO. The whole process was genuinely enjoyable. Everyone I spoke with was thoughtful, engaged, and clearly invested in finding the right fit.
