Prodigy Resources(recruiting company) introduced me to RevGen. RevGen's Recruiter then interviewed me. I was told it would be 4 months contract to hire position. Then i had detailed technical interview over phone with a Sr.Consultant who had similar background as me. Next day i was told i would have face-to-face interview at the office. I had 2 30min session with two different people. then i had another 30 mins session with one of the EVP. Next day, EVP called me to offer full time position instead of contract to hire.

EVP was very Observant in a sense that he was noticing and reading me. I felt like i was being scanned.
