Three in person interviews with a manager, senior consultant, VP of People each for about thirty to forty five minutes. Really just a conversation about goals, ambitions. Everyone was friendly and accommodating

Entrevista
Initial phone screen followed by office visit consisting of three interviews with various members of the firm's management team. Interviews were more focused on fit and ability to contribute to the firm. Focus throughout was on individual contribution to past works (i.e. What specifically was your contribution? How did you add value? etc.)
